Every company needs to create a culture of belonging and play helps us get there.
Playing at work helps employees to make intentional and deep connections with colleagues. It allows them to look beyond the labels, move beyond assumptions and understand each other on a deeper level.
In this week's episode of "Managing in the Moment" Betsaida talks with Gary Ware about the importance of play at work and how to incorporate more play in the day to day.
